App: Use a REST Client

Description

As a developer, I want to use a REST Client to get external content in an app, so that I can easily integrate external content, and I don't have to configure the same REST config in multiple places.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • App can display external content via a REST Client in a list view (no tree / hierarchies).

  • Specify the REST Client to use via configuration and light development.

Outcome from was positive, enough to merge the ui-framework-rest module back into the UI project/reactor.
One impact this has, is that the rest-client build cannot depend on the UI build anymore (build cycle due to rest-client-app—the testing tool).
We decided to split rest-client-app apart from rest-client reactor to solve this.
